Have you wondered if a nutritional supplement helped you feel better? By participating in a Health Journey powered by Radicle Science, we give you easy tools to record your usage and effects. We then send you a personalized report summarizing your responses so you are able to see how the product affected you over time. Best yet, you can participate free of charge!

Your participation is 100% virtual. You must first purchase an eligible product from a partner brand's website. The brand ships the product directly to your home, and you make notes via Radicle Science's online Health Journals. All your information is kept strictly confidential.

Before the product arrives you'll fill out questions so we can understand you and your health before you start using the product. This way we can help you understand what impacts the product had on your health.

The duration of each Health Journey is customized to your product so we can tailor your experience. Please check your invite email from your product brand to specific information about your Journey!

As researchers, we cannot tell you how to take your product. Please refer to the product label from the product brand for details on how to take your product.

Unfortunately, we can’t send you product refills. However, you may purchase more of the same product directly from the brand and continue taking it, if you would like. Please continue to fill out your Health Journals, even if you’re no longer taking the product. All data is good data!

Don’t worry, we got you! Just send us an email (journey@radiclescience.com) and we will send you a new link (not to mention find out what went wrong, so it doesn’t happen again.)

Your participation in this Health Journey is entirely voluntary. You can leave it at any time or for any reason. We get it; sometimes life happens! We hope you sign up for another Journey in the future. To withdraw, click on the 'Opt-out of Study’ link on any email, or text 'STOP', following any text that you receive from Radicle Science. Then, make certain to visit our page again, because we’ll miss you!

You have 48 hours to fill out the Health Journals. But, if you get busy and a the Health Journals expire before you fill it out, don’t give up on the entire Health Journey! We all have busy days. Just do your best to respond to the rest of the Health Journals. The more Journals you fill out, the more your data will help you uncover how the product is affecting your unique body.

If you experience any unwanted side effects from your study product, report them in your weekly Health Journals and contact the brand's customer support team. You may stop taking the product at any time.

We respect participant privacy. Some questions will be optional. However, others won't. If you are uncomfortable answering any required questions, you are free to withdraw from the Health Journey at any point.

It’s all good! Missing one Journal won’t make or break your results. Simply pick up with the next one! The more Health Journals you complete, the better your personalized health report will be.

Aww, shucks! We like you too! In your last survey, you’ll be given the opportunity to remain in our participant database, so we can alert you when there are future studies. Your personalized participant report shows your health outcomes as you reported them each week, so you can see how they changed (or not) while you took your product. It doesn’t include medical advice, because only your healthcare provider can accommodate that request. You’ll need to complete the Journey in order for us to generate the report.

Of course! You can always share information about the study with your primary doctor or healthcare provider. You may continue to see your doctor throughout the study for routine visits and tests.

There are multiple layers of security protecting your identity! Your data will be entered into a password-protected database and kept in a secure cloud location, accessible only by members of the research team and authorized representatives. If you decide to participate, the sponsor (Radicle Science) and those working for the Sponsor, which may include affiliates of the Sponsor, may use the data for: Research, product development, and product improvement surrounding different types of health conditions Research about the impact of different types of health and wellness products on human health Other activities (such as product development and/or improvement, insights, and policy creation) related to health and wellness products For these uses, the Sponsor may share this data with others involved in these activities, as long as they agree to only use the data as described here.
